After starting out in publishing in the 90s, I spent more than a decade in Digital Media and Marketing teams, writing and editing content for large websites.

Since returning to freelancing in 2011, I've written or edited content for The Children's Society, the European Commission, Citizens Advice and Birmingham City Council, as well as dozens of other smaller organisations and individuals.
